Our cultivars are properly cured and ready to ship by mid-February each year. We continue selling seed garlic for planting up until the end of August for some cultivars.
Bulb Garlic, Early SeasonOur Sub-Tropicals are first out of the ground towards the end of October, followed by our Wilde Turbans in mid-November.

Mid-Season GarlicOur Glazed Purple Stripes, Asiatics, Artichokes, Creoles, Porcelains and Marbled Purple Stripes are harvested during December.
